hi just getting on here to talk about how @MonstaX_US and @KaraHan85617385 ripped me off!
may of last year, i donated to the $40 tier of the banner project run by @MonstaX_US. they said i could pick up my goodies at my show in atlanta. (1/?)

the end of july and the day of the concert rolled around, i messaged them to see when and where i could get my stuff. no response, not even “hey sorry we’re not set up yet!” i messaged them again immediately after the concert to see if they could ship it to me instead

i got no response for an entire month. they messaged me september 4 to confirm my shipping address. i didn’t hear from them until the beginning of october, when they told me that the stuff people paid for got stolen at the venue and to dm @KaraHan85617385 for compensation(3/?)
i messaged her as soon as i got that dm, she apologized and explained the situation again. after a week of no contact once more, she gave me several options of official monsta x merch to choose from, i made my choices and gave her my address. (4/?)
then, october 31st. heartbreaking for us all. i waited and messaged her again on december 6. she gave some explanations as to why she had been inactive,etc etc. then told me she would be sending my package out in a week with an extra goodie as thanks for my patience (5/?)
spoiler alert: i did not receive my package and did not hear from her until i messaged her in february. she once again gave the same explanations and apologies and assured me she would get back in touch with me when she shipped it out. (6/?)
i think you can guess the pattern by now. no contact. no package received. i reached out in april. this was the last correspondence i had with kara before messaging MXUSA again.(7/?)

Do with this what you will, i just finally lost my patience and still have neither the merch or my money back after an entire year. obviously i still support monsta x, but i will not be supporting @MonstaX_US anymore. (10/10)
