The “Knowledge Tool” space seems to be exploding lately.

Yet most tools are over-engineered, slow, complex and often gimmicky. They cater to people who love to “review & test apps” but never *use* them for anything real.

They’re for the eternal procrastinator.
I like to compare it to the person who’s still “Testing and finding the right todo and project management app” before they start working on their own company or project.
The tools we use are often just an excuse.

And the more complex they are, the more we enjoy the process of testing them because it’s an escape from the work we *should* be doing.

Just because you have a writers block doesn’t mean you need a new pen.
