I think of Spaced Repetition as Knowledge Meditation for Intuition Training.

Reframe Memorization as Integration.

It takes time to integrate knowledge. You’d want to integrate knowledge to execute consistently & perform at a fast rate.

Practice is synonymous with Repetition.
A Second Brain Knowledge Management system is effective as a repository to draw from & a pipeline for Knowledge Generation.

It’s fast to seek information to route, compose & prioritize.
Not as optimal to help you integrate & revisit knowledge due to linear & hierarchical nature
Practioners ideally should prioritize First-Brain development, supported by Second Brain (external) Systems.

The goal is better thinking & sensing capabilities.

You want a skilled intuition for better judgment & understanding of how to apply knowledge.
Repetition systems are attention & skill management systems.
