Actually, not all agender people are non-binary. This is straight up misinformation.

Agender is "technically" by definition non-binary, it doesn't adhere to binary processing of gender, but, you see, that's the thing, some agender people don't identify with nonbinary because nonbinary is a word attached to your gender being nonbinary.

For a lot of agender people, agender is a label to describe their lack of gender, rather than how their gender operates. Some agender people actually get dysphoric from being referred to as non-binary, because their gender isn't non-binary, or binary, it's nonexistent.

Yes, Agender people do not adhere to the binary gender, however it's not because their gender identity is non-binary, but rather because they tend to lack any gender that can adhere to said binary. So, it's a toss of the coin & up to an agender person how they identify.

To some agender people the nonbinary label is incredibly important to them, while to some others not having the nonbinary label is incredibly important to them. Some agender people are indifferent or don't care or aren't sure how they feel about being called nonbinary.

Some agender people can get euphoric from being referred to as nonbinary. Some agender people can get dysphoric from being referred to as nonbinary. Some agender people are indifferent or don't care.

TLDR: Don't force labels on people.

Not every agender person identifies with the nonbinary label, not every nonbinary person identifies with the transgender label & not every intersex person identifies with the LGBT+ label. Respect that. People have their reasons.

Not all nonbinary people are agender & not all agender people are nonbinary, but people who are both agender & nonbinary exist. All of this is important to acknowledge, recognise, respect & not erase :)
