Interestingly their own senior editors are preaching on social media on how media should behave.

Ever since Arnab Goswami catapulted Republic Bharat to number one position with the Rhea Chakraborty exposes, all other Hindi channels have gone nuts.
Their editors think that they will gain TRP ratings by covering this aggressively too.

These TV channels have taken a very interesting approach. They have posted multiple reporters and cameraman on these locations to beat Republic in terms of footage. As their editors preach on social media about social distancing, these channels are broadcasting the footage. Nice!

These people don't realise that they are creating a sympathy wave for Rhea when the focus should be on her crimes that are being investigated.
These journalists are handing down an advantage to Rhea who has already won her appeal that she is being subjected to a media trial.

Some are deliberately creating a scene to show that media is targeting Rhea.
These channels can take the footage feed from ANI and let one cameraman do the job.
But this looks like a deliberate attempt to create a melee so that it proves that there is a media witch hunt going on.
