The press reported the demo as being about human rights. These lazy journalists failed to tell their readers the truth.
Iranian and Pakistani flags were waved. Both these nations are serial human rights abusers. This wasn't about human rights.

Sympathisers of the new IRA group also turned up to protest - demanding the release of people recently arrested on terrorism charges.
Of course Mick Napier was there with his Palestine Solidarity antisemites. People who have chased Jewish business out of Scotland. These exremists have already been shown to be hard-core antisemites.
Other antisemites were there too - all protesting against the team from the Jewish state. Some of the protestors share horrific anti-Jewish material from some of the worst websites on the internet. Like Saeed Sarwar -
We expect pro-Iranian propagandists to be there from Press TV - But what was a Labour councillor - Baillie Hanif Raja -doing standing alongside all these extremists?
The people letting everyone down though are the reporters. Heather Carrick from the Glasgow Times just put together a sweet montage of photos. Caitlin Hutchison from the Herald gave them uncritical publicity.

When the media do not do their job - people begin to believe that the anti-Israel cause has merit. Which is why Palestinian flags start to appear on top of schools.

These anti-Jewish extremists oppose Israel. Not Pakistan, Iran, Qatar or even terror groups like Hezbollah (they tend to support those) - they only protest the Jewish state.
