EASY, QUICK & SIMPLE FAT LOSS RECIPES (THREAD)

I would like to share with you a couple of quick, simple, and tasty recipes that have been a staple in my diet over the years.

They don't require a lot of time or ingredients to prepare and are perfect for busy individuals
A problem I have identified when it comes to fat loss or even muscle building diets is that people fuck up when there is a lack of time

They stick to their diet when they have time to cook but go for the easy and not calorie friendly choice when they don't have time
I would like to address this problem by listing a couple of healthy recipes that are quick to make but also conducive to a fat loss or even a muscle building diet

Some of the recipes are mine some are from others so I while give credit where its due
RECIPE #1 - Fast Breakfast Scramble

This recipe I got from the 4-Hour Body @tferriss

3 eggs scrambled
black beans
mixed vegetables

Make the scramble on the pan with olive oil, black beans are from a can or jar, and mixed veggies can be cooked on the microwave
RECIPE #2

When you are tired of the same breakfast over and over switch to a staple of mine

3 eggs scrambled
a couple of pieces of bacon
RECIPE #3

If there is no time for cooking you can make the following:

1 can of black or brown beans
1 can of tuna in olive oil

drain them and add together in a bowl, season with pepper and paprika and the meal is ready

It will amaze you how decent it tastes
RECIPE #4- Leangains salad

This recipe is taken from the Art of Getting Ripped @Martinberkhan

400 grams of smoked chicken breast (there are some already cooked), 250 grams of iceberg salad, 1 hardboiled egg, 200 grams of mushrooms, 1 deciliter of low fat dressing (blasamico)
RECIPE #5

If you have nothing prepared at lunch break, opt for a Caesar salad variant without croutons or potatoes or a Mexican type of salad with beans and chicken
RECIPE #6

If you include a lot of dairy on your diet you can have:

2 cups of Greek yoghurt (I prefer Total) with a handful of nuts or with a few carrots or cucumbers and you are done
I would like to conclude this thread now. I hope I have given you some ideas to help you with your fat loss journey.

The takeaway of this thread is that you shoudl find ways to make your fitness plan work for you.

Even if you can't have a perfect meal still eat something
healthier than a sandwich or a typical cafeteria meal.

When there is persistence and effort there is a way

Good luck with your fitness goals and RT if you find something useful!
