why end of the day is a top tier 1d song: a thread

let’s start with the beginning... harry opens with “i told her that i loved her was not sure if she heard,” which just feels intimate and you suddenly connect with the song and the story.

then ofc the iconic “just me, her., and the moon” one of my fav song quotes because yeah

niall comes in hot and starts the lead into the pre chorus

then the drum beats going into the pre chorus

and then it goes into the pre chorus which has some very quote friendly lyrics which repeat in the main chorus

then THE TEMPO AND MOOD CHANGE when liam comes in with his iconic verse of the song

the only part that is is when liam adds girl to the girl it’s only you part

THEN LOUIS COMES IN LIKE THE TALENTED BRILLIANT ARTIST HE IS and he now leads us into the main chorus

HARRYS NOTE WHEN HE SAYS “YOURE THE ONE THAT I WANT AT THE END OF THE DaYyYy”

some iconic oh oh ohs ofc

then KING LOUIS COMES BACK AND MAKES THE WHOLE SONG COMPLETE BY SINGING HIS ICONIC BRIDGE WITH HARRY THAT INCLUDES ONE OF THE FEW HIGH NOTES HE SANG IN THE BAND

BUT THEN THE SONG CHANGES TEMPO again but now it’s more mellow with harrys voice

they play off some notes and include some great high notes from both louis and harry which are very iconic

the song ends and you feel 10x more hyped after louis verse

overall a great song with really good lyrics that are manipulated to tell a story :))

yeah um so end of THrEad day sorry that was a bad joke but anyways stream end of the day by one direction
