Godess Kaali is a public image, a cultural symbol that influences millions of people, hence it's open for criticism and mockery.

@ArminNavabi mother is not a public figure, and making disparaging morphed pictures of her is clearly targeted harrasment against an individual.
For Hindutards asking for the red line, the red line in this particular case is drawn at targeted harrassment at Armin.
Limitations to freedom of speech relate to libel, slander, obscenity, pornography, incitement, fighting words, classified information, copyright violation, trade secrets, food labeling,...
non-disclosure agreements, the right to privacy, dignity, the right to be forgotten, public security, and perjury. This may vary slightly in different states.
Justifications for such include the harm principle, proposed by John Stuart Mill in On Liberty, which suggests that: "the only purpose for which power can be rightfully exercised over any member of a civilized community, against his will, is to prevent harm to others."
The post which Armin shared isn't a pornographic depiction, this is how Kaali is depicted everywhere, except the wink perhaps. That wink doesn't make the image pornographic in any way. Sharing pornographic morphed pictures of Armins mother, however crosses a red line.
The only way you can claim that Armin crossed a line, is if Blasphemy is one of the limiting factors. After all, it's not written in stone that you have to follow liberal standards of freedom of speech.
But here's the catch, the same limitation would prevent you from making any criticism of Islam or Christianity. Anything a muslim or Christian believes is his religious right and sacred, would have to be respected too. Your "pedo-Mohammed" comments would have to stop too.
Lets take it a bit further, I make a religion tommorow, and claim that the color bhagwa is offensive to my religion, and demand everyone should stop wearing it. Would you respect my religious belief and ask all Sannyasis to switch to green clothes?
This is the issue with giving religious ideas value over liberty. Now you might say, "criticise not insult". I would say that's a valid point, but the line between insults and criticism is often very blurred. Often mockery and satire are the most efficient forms of criticism.
For Hindutvadis who think they are "giving Armin his own medicine of FoE"- this is the recipe to our medicine. Follow these standards of FoE if you are attacking Armin within our standards.
But you're not, and you don't need to. You can act like the incel coomers you are and keep exposing your insecurities, but don't use the liberal standards of FoE to legitimise that. First fix the problem of real women getting raped everyday in this rather than the fictional ones.
