@Prakharshri78 provides details of Radhakrishnan plagiarising parts of student Jadunath Sinha's PhD thesis in his book Indian Philosophy launching his international fame. There was a Kolkata High Court case that was settled, details not revealed to date.

Radhakrishnan's own son Gopal, in "Radhakrishnan, A Biography", provides details of his father's philandering, womanizing lifestyle and a string of affairs, all while being married.

Whatever the truth of plagiarism and philandering, the fact of Radhakrishnan declaring his own birthday as #TeachersDay and the fact of his close association with Jawaharlal Nehru, resulting in awards and positions are sufficient to make him suspect.
