Mental health is huge. Don’t shove your feelings inside yourself to hide them. Don’t tell people you’re okay when you aren’t. Don’t feel like a burden reaching out to people for some help. It’s okay to not be okay. You are loved.
I know what it’s like to feel alone in a room full of people. To have people notice there’s something wrong with you and just telling them you’re “tired”. I don’t want other people to feel the way I’ve felt. I beg y’all to dm me if any negative thoughts enter your mind.
