After analyzing the best budget forwards over the last 2 days, its time for us to have a look at the best budget 4.5m defenders who we all want... Lets analyze

Ruben Vinagre
Apps: 16(6 starts)
CSs: 2
TSB: 18.5%

Fixtures: shu MCI whu FUL lee

Vinagre is by far the most selected 4.5m option coz the starter at LWB poisition Jonny is injured and will not be back till next year.. Vinagre has been a backup till now but has decent potential

They have a very favorable run of fixtures pot the 1st 2. So unless Wolves sign another full back he will be starting in the PL without any rotation fear. He has proved that he has attacking potential as well during Europa campaign. So expect big from him..

Charlie Taylor:
Apps: 22
Assists: 1
CSs: 10
TSB: 6.8%

Fixtures: Blank lei SOU new wba

Taylor was a mainstay in the water tight Burnley defence bar injuries. Now that he is back from injuries he will again start at that LB position and provide good Clean Sheet potential

While some fear that Pieters is a 1st choice LB but he is not. Pieters comes in when Taylor gets injured. So without a doubt he will start. BAr the 1st blank GW the fixtures look decent for a Burnley defender. So a good option to have

James Justin:
Apps: 12
Assists: 1
CSs: 4
TSB: 8.8%

Fixtures: wba BUR mci WHU AVL

Justin is a versatile defender who can play as a RB, LB or CB in a back 3. That makes him both a grt and a risky option as we dont know where be will be playing

With the signing of Castagne, Justin could either be shfted to LB or in a back 3 with Thomas as the LWB. If he is shifted to a back 3, he loses his attacking potential. Leicester have the best fixtures of the lot but have a lot of injured players. So it will be a risk..

KWP:
Apps: 10
Assists: 1
CSs: 2
TSB: 9.5%

Fixtures: cry TOT bur WBA che

KWP was always on the sidelines at Spurs but now can be a regular starter at a very attack minded Southampton and provide good value for all FPL managers

Southampton had the best attacking form bar Top 4 post restart and KWP will be involved in those attacks. So expect some assists from him. They have some decent fixtures as well but one caveat is the fact that Yan Valery can be competing with him for starting place

Stuart Dallas:
Apps: 45
Goals: 5
Assists: 3
CSs: 20
TSB: 5.4%

Fixtures: liv FUL shu MCI WOL

Dallas is also a versatile defender who can play on either side of a Back 4 plus in midfield. He is a very attacking fullback in a decent looking Leeds team.

The problem with selecting him is that Leeds have tough fixtures and we dont know how they will adapt to the EPL. If they start gettign some good results and have decent fixtures, Dallas can become a grt option

TLDR: There are a bunch of grt 4.5m defender options this season and its always tough to choose from them. In my opinion I will choose Vinagre, Taylor and KWP as my Top 3 from the above list. Do let me know your thoughts Fam...
