I have seen ppl in the Beefleaf tag who get super angry/offended if you compare to XueXiao or whatever, claiming Beefleaf is "pure" unlike "abusive XueXiao" which is so extremely wrong lmao. Beefleaf. Is. Problematic. (And thats fine!) But to say otherwise >

Is just complete disservice to the ship. This isnt even "canon vs fanon" imo its pur!tan fandom deliberately misreading a ship to fit their own agenda.... the same ppl who will woobify this ship will send hate to those who ship stuff they dont like and accuse then of woobifying

To disregard HX& #39;s reasons and his *extremely Valid Anger* is my Least fave interpretation of this ship by far. I like Conflicted, Angry, Vengeful HX who hates that he does somewhat like SQX. His anger is what makes him an interesting character.
