For starters, the mayor of New York City which was Rudy Giuliani. Giuliani came from a mob family and has used his official positions as a platform to aid the mob, like taking down the Italian mob as a prosecutor so the Russians could move in. He didn’t “turn bad” to help trump.

Bernard Kerik, appointed police commissioner in 2000, was constantly by Rudy Giuliani's side during 9/11. Bernard Kerik had a key role in the reconstruction of Iraq in the war on terror during which he engaged in massive corruption and was caught. He was later pardoned by Trump.

Rudy Giuliani hired Manafort Brothers (as in Paul Manafort) to clear debris from ground zero. You may remember Paul Manafort from “helping foreign powers attack the country in 2016”. It’s on their website in their past performance bullet list.
