Now, ironically this is what robert Spencer has to tell us that the Quran appeard the year 710 !!!!!

And I'm gonna refute this absurdity from different ways, To show that Spencer not only doesn't know Islam. But he lies to his followers

1 he thinks just bcz there was no one before the year 710 debating about the Quran or answing the Muslims, means the Quran itself did not exist!

if i wrote a book & published it, but the non muslim criticism, came a bit later, would that mean my book did nit exist when i wrote?

...Would that mean my book appeared just the day or the year some non Muslim got it and mentioned it?

What kind of reason spencer is using here ?
On what basis would he jump to this irrational conclusion?

I mean if this can prove anything, it would prove Spencer has no mind !

2 he said there was a debate between an arab and a christian monk, the monk mentioned the Quran the year 710

I'm asking him a simple question!

Do U think that the man who was debating for the Qur'an did all that after this Quran just suddenly poped up in the same year ?

This muslim was not young before ?
He miraculously happened to become a scholar debating about his scripture which appeared the same year? Wow

How can this be a proof the Quran appeared the year 710?

Doesn't this show us the same proof Spencer is using, is actually against him?

because this is an evidence that demonstrates certainly that the Quran was known before this date .! Otherwise it wouldn't have been a subject of debate, between a Muslim scholar and a christian monk !

Ironically, the same evidence that he is using turns out to refute him.

3 Spencer is debunked by the monk himself, he was attributing the Quran to muhammadﷺ who taught the muslims islam

Hance, the monk certainly knew Muhammad had already passed away by that time

Otherwise why wouldn't he mention in his debate that Quran appeared just this year?

4 why would spencer leave the overwhelming amount of documents that were left by the Muslims, and go seek to find out about our Quran from some different group!
As if its a mystery like his Bible which was written anonymously. And can't be regarded even as a historical reference

5 we have families who inherited the Quran generation after the other

It is not a manuscript that was found in a cave & now we are wondering what it means

Qur'an has the strongest chain of narrators in history of mankind (Spencer doesn't know what chain of narration is)

We have mass transmission from generations that took the Quran verbally and by memorization going back to the generation of the sahabah who got the Quran from Muhammadﷺ

I'm talking about thousands of people from each generation not one or tow or three !

It's impossible that Quran suddenly poped up in one time throughout the muslim world & appear in spain & at the same time in the far east in China!

How could this book out of the blue become the most important thing to Muslims, without anyone wandering where it came from ?

How come there is no mention in history of anyone at least saying we didn't have this book before !
How could whole generations from different parts of the world, different races & languages miraculously agree on saying we have a Quran & let's make it the center of our religion

...let's attribute this quran to a man called muhammad, & let's memorize it word for word

( I ask christians to show us one single book on earth that had the same importance & billions of pple all over the world memorized it)

(John of Damascus) one of the most famous church fathers, considered to be the first in history to write a book about islam & the criticism of the Qur'an and Muhammadﷺ

John witnessed a massive conversion of Christians to Islam. So he decided to write against Islam to defend his religion. This proves Muslims provided a type of religious tolerance that was never seen before. To where a Christian is criticizing Islam within the Islamic empire

In his criticism . John quoted from the Quran. And spoke about its passages. And its stories. & spoke about the life other Prophet Muhammadﷺ.. Basically he never let go anything in Islam that could be possibly criticized

Yet he never claimed (U guys have just made up Quran)

John of Damascus lived under the Islamic caliphate & was born during the umayyad [year 676 AD] i e only 44 years afer the death of Muhammadﷺ
probably the father of John was already born when muhammd was alive & John's grandfather was likely from the same generation as Muhammdﷺ

It's worth noting That both the father of John & his grandfather were working in the palace of the first umayyad caliph
Who was one of the closest companions of prophet Muhammadﷺ & was one of the scribes that used to write down the revelation

He is Mu'awiyah ibn abi sufyan RA

8 if we turn the table on spencer & use only 10% of his childish method, we'd come to realize:

Jesus did not exist
The disciples did not exist
The gaspels did not exist
The early churches did not exist
The early fathers did not exist

& thus christianity stands upon nothing !

9 Muslims never relied on manuscripts to know Qur’an, but it was transmitted orally through memorization

Anyone -that tries to challenge the infallibility of Quran, & begins by manuscripts, dismissing the Islamic method - is not on the correct path

Writing was just an addition

10 U could knockout all these oriebtalists & Evangelical Christians who say the Quran was made up some 200/300 yrs after muhammad by simply putting em in front of the manuscripts that date back to the 7th century
