I marked up and marked down micro-caps just to watch what would happen to pooled liquidity and to see whether my engineered impulse move would lead to a continuation, consolidation, or reversal.

Normally, it costs a shitload of money to do that and you can’t watch pooled liquidity.

You see candles, I see contracting and expanding spheres of liquidity. I want the ability to quantify when market participants are risk-on and when they are risk-off.

When eth was rising or ranging, I could mark up coins with strong narratives and watching market reactions.

I’m not going to give away my findings, but I’d suggest looking into conditions under which blow-off tops occur.

Imo nothing pays more than that.

I don’t believe you can trade markets well without physically watching them. I say this because candles have almost nothing to do with my decision making process to take profits. I only use them for re-accumulation entry points.

My invalidation points were also not based off candles. I was physically watching the market enough to mark levels important levels.

Candle levels are a ‘best guess’ estimation in lieu of watching the market imo.

The tl;dr is that you don’t become better or worse traders over time. You make the most money by correctly identifying risk-on market climates and being physically present to watch and trade them.

There’s obv way more to it than that. If I were trading by myself I’d have made maybe 100k instead of 600k+ or w/e. I can’t spot coins with good fundamentals early, I needed help from smart friends for that. So if you’re trading alone, gl.

Nah, I’d have made less than 100k. Come to think of it almost all my winners were found by others. All my presales were. Even my top sells were given. Idk I might just be a god-tier leech running a victory lap here lol. Welp. I guess the lesson here is hope smart ppl like you.
