In PR looking at real estate today. If you’re thinking of buying in Condado, I’d focus on Bahia Plaza complex.

Dollar real estate that’s getting cheap and a flood of people moving from US for Act 20/22. IMO that flood will turn to a tsunami as taxes go up in US.

Development is right where I circled in black.
