i& #39;ve gotten at least 2 DMs from fellow buyers with problems from the shop and i just saw something really fkn frustrating, so tea spill time. a thread.
this is what pissed me off. i paid my orders MONTHS ago and it& #39;s still marked pending? really? you took my money and then you have the gall to make me look like i haven& #39;t paid up? where the hell did my money go?
these three screencaps are the extent of our conversations (on my private acct, this was before i made a separate twt shopping acct) after i sent the payment. check the dates.
this is the ENTIRE conversation with the shop on this account. wow naman ang tipid mag-reply. also bakit ako ang naghahabol ng updates? why am i responsible for after-sales service when i& #39;m the client?
they even notified other buyers - through public tweet, not even directly - to use their payment form (that wasn& #39;t even easy to find). check the dates for when i got the form confirmation.
asked for a refund, i& #39;m fed up na. they replied and we& #39;re still communicating, we& #39;ll see if i need to add more screenshots to this thread or not. (random thank you in the middle of the email bc i was on my phone lol)
