Notice how the number of white people shot to death by the police is roughly double the amount of black people shot to death by police per year. Also notice how the number of white people living in poverty is roughly double the amount of black people living in poverty in the US
From these statistics, it seems like police shootings are more likely due to poverty issues rather than racial issues. I don’t know about you but whenever I stress about my finances, it tends to bring out the worst in me at times!

ALSO from that data, I noticed the percentage of Black people AND Hispanic people living in poverty is roughly double the amount of white people living in poverty.

In my opinion that sounds like a MAJOR problem in our country! That also sounds like more of a flaw in our Countries Education System rather than a problem with our Police! Children living in high poverty areas have less access to quality public education.

There is definitely racism in the U.S. but maybe not so much in the areas that you are being taught they are in! The numbers don’t lie!
