ITPs and IFPs have innate understanding of how something applies to themselves. It can go haywire if their self-set metrics are too broad or too narrow, but in general, ITPs and IFPs can apply information as they’ve set, for their own use.
ETJs and EFJs have innate understanding of how something can apply to everyone. This can go haywire again, if they do not set themselves properly on the metrics, but in general, ETJs and EFJs can apply information as set by the group, for the group.
IPs struggle to apply to the group, their own individually set system/application. It is often very personalized to accurately apply to the group.

EJs struggle to apply to themselves, their group-bound set system/application. It is often too impersonal to apply to the self.
IPs help EJs by showing how some information does not apply to the EJ’s personal life.

EJs help IPs by showing how their own application can’t be translated to apply to the group, therefore, too limiting.
