It is my experience {note: I have spoken to 100s, if not 1000s, of prof. women) that 99.9% of harassment, discrimination & bias women face, they do not share w their male colleagues.

This is a gift.
She is NOT sharing for you to question her, doubt the story, or give her all the reasons her experience is not valid.

Learn. Validate & THANK HER. She’s giving you insight into experiences you - as a male - will never have in the workplace.
