We've been made aware of some major accessibility barriers for d/Deaf folks from @NOWTV. With broken subtitles, missing subtitles from popular shows and no reply when questioned about it. We'd like to share some of the issues encountered and kindly ask for a response, @nowtvhelp.

In this clip, we can see (at 7 seconds and at 17 seconds) that the subtitles are clipping out of the borders of the screen. This makes important parts of scenes completely inaccessible to individuals who rely on subtitles to enjoy their favourite shows. This is not a one-off...

Here we can see the same thing happening again throughout a longer scene. Large parts of the scene's subtitles are obscured at best, completely unreadable at worst. We sincerely hope that something can be done soon to fix this technical issue which should not have been missed.

Finally, we can see here that the popular Parks and Recreation TV show is completely without subtitles on @NOWTV. Other competitors, such as Amazon or Netflix offer full subtitles for this programme and this specific episode. We hope they can be added soon.

This is really disappointing to see, and moreso that we had to hear about it from somebody who is hard of hearing and upset they can't enjoy their shows they paid for. We would really appreciate if these issues can be resolved as soon as possible, @nowtvhelp!
