Just caught up with today's Shimura Zoo and Hirano's segment with the rescued dog was so wholesome??

He met her once, but was afraid that she can't recognise him because of the lightened hair and mask. He was very patient with her, though she was a tough nut to crack!

Every time he gets this close to animals, I always wonder where his allergies went

Hirano: She's already able to take a walk normally. It's unimaginable that she's the same Ichigon as before.

*Ichigon tugs the lead*
Hirano: Sorry excuse us, we're going off for a walk.

Through the process of getting her out for a walk, he got himself all dirty (with no complaints) and it's all worthwhile for Ichigon has her tail raised, indicating her good spirits!!

I always believe that dogs can tell the character of a person. Especially for a rescued dog like her who always have the guards up high, I was really touched at this when she initiated to close up the distance with Hirano when he fed her water!!

Hirano: Do you want to have a drink? Come, there's water. Did you manage to drink? *done with the water* Okay, Ichigon, let's go for a walk!

Towards the end of their 1-hour walk, Ichigon just collapsed and rested at the sides. Hirano kept asking her how was the walk, thanked her and told her how this would open up more fun times in future!

And thankfully, she has found a new home!!
