ADHD: A Thread of Threads
As someone with ADHD, I& #39;ve noticed that a lot of people only have a most basic understanding of ADHD and its effects, so I decided to compile a thread of various threads that I think do a good job explaining what it& #39;s like and how we manage it
If anyone I link in this thread feels uncomfortable with me adding you in, please dm me and let me know and I& #39;ll delete it for you https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="☺️" title="Lächelndes Gesicht" aria-label="Emoji: Lächelndes Gesicht">
To quickly give some background, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a form of neurodivergence, most simply categorized as a frequent inability to focus and sit still. However, that only scratches the surface how it affects us and our lives.

By no means does this tackle every aspect of ADHD, but that& #39;s where personal research and asking questions comes in. I can& #39;t speak for others, but if anyone has questions about ADHD, my dms are open and I& #39;m willing to help explain as best as I can.
ADHD isn& #39;t a quirky little trait where you just "can& #39;t sit still" with your head in the clouds and "blah blah SQUIRREL what was I saying?". It& #39;s a serious disorder that affects us in nearly every aspect of our lives: academics, social interactions and relationships, our emotions.
