- Sakura & Tsunade are the mothers of ALL the new born children
- Naruto & Kurama are the fathers of ALL the new born children
Cuz they all spread their chakra, who contains their DNA, into the alliance

Based on this logic:
- Shikadai got his intelligence from Skr, Tnd and Nrt cuz all 3 of them gave chakra to Temari and Shikamaru
- Inojin is a prodigy in medical ninjutsu, cuz he has the DNA of Sakura and Tsunade in him, since Ino and Sai got chakra in the was from them

- Sarada is Nrts and Tsunas daughter cuz they gave chakra to both Skr and Ssk in the war
- Boruto and Himawari are Sakuras kids cuz she gave chakra to Naruto and Hinata to save their lives
- Chocho is Narutos, Tsunades and Sakura daughter cuz they gave chakra to Karui and Choiji
