We do the best we can with limited resources and no other income. If you have an issue with a small business, handle it in an email in a professional manner, don't hide behind anonymous chats on their website while reading them to filth over a product you've not used. (2/4)

We've still got lots to learn and I never release a product I've not slathered all over myself and used numerous times. I've never claimed to be a 100% know it all and I spend more than 12hrs a day learning formulas, researching manufacturing, studying marketing, etc. (3/4)

So take a deep breathe and approach businesses with respect. If you don't like what they have to offer, just shut your mouth and move on. (4/4)
