Dora Siliya confuses me.

I understand she graduated in the top 1% of her school at Roma Girls (scored 6 points), did well at the University of Zambia, and pursues an MBA.

Very well.

Now, I'm not one to lay much store by people's credentials, but they don't always mean nothing.

Yet, everytime she tweets or writes something, you are left painstakingly looking for evidence of this cognitive gifting from her content.

Basic fact gathering seems to be something she either has no regard for or won't be bothered doing. So much for a Minister of Information.

When she isn't meandering away from anything resembling fact in her assertions, she is being obtuse, facetious, or running red herrings.

So I'm moved to ask;

These smarts that folk talk about, were they real in the first place, or have they somehow disappeared over the years?
