@reliancejio @JioCare An issue with my Jio recharge is open for the past 7 days and I had the worst customer service experience. With the permission of your supervisor Saurabh and specialist Diksha I am going online. @airtelindia and @VodafoneIN Please share help Jio if possible
1st of all your agents have the worst tools ever. I spoke with 4 agents and none of them were able to pull up my records. I had to explain all the details to all of them. And all of them asked for basic information like when I did the recharge. @airtelindia and @VodafoneIN
@airtelindia, @VodafoneIN I had used your services before and had better experiences with your customer care. You please be the witness for this case. I have 3 jio connections. I this issue is not resolved within 24 hours, I am switching over to you @reliancejio @JioCare
