1. Objectivity
"Have you ever wondered why the solutions to our friends’ problems are sometimes so obvious to us, yet they can’t see them?"
Maintain clarity by facing problems objectively.
Remove your self from the problem.
Speak to yourself as you would you best friend.

2. Control your Emotions
“Does what happened keep you from acting with justice, generosity, self-control, sanity, prudence, honesty, humility, straight-forwardness?”

Maintain your frame.

3. Maintain Focus
“Failure shows us the way — by showing us what isn’t the way.”
So you failed.
Great.
You just discovered a way that didn't work.
Now you'll be stronger, smarter, & more effective from here on it because of this!
