1. Application for a GRA requires a diagnosis of gender dysphoria. Gender dysphoria was moved out of the sexual disorders category in the DSM 5 into a category of its own. That is, it is not considered a mental health diagnosis.

So, you are using a now false claim about the
pathologization of GD to what, make a claim about abolishing gatekeeping?

Let's just say that the contradiction in the law re: the definition of sex produced by the GRA was handwaved away by Lord Filkin during the GRA debates, repeatedly, by appealing to a) the tiny number of
people involved, and b) the diagnostic gatekeeping.

If you want to get rid of that, the contradiction inside the law is going to start causing MASSIVE problems. It already is, seeing as the TRM persuaded the whole of civil society to 'future-proof.' And here we are.
2. U-huh. People should find themselves in a marriage with someone who now identifies as the other sex and be trapped in it.

Seems reasonable.
3. Exploring the reasons why people are experiencing distress around their gender is not fucking conversion therapy. It's fulfilling your responsible duty of care when considering life-changing medical interventions in young people.
Being gay doesn't involve medical intervention. Nor is being gay related to trauma or autism, or any other comorbid issues. There is evidence that gender dysphoria in teenagers may sometimes be related to being gay tho.

So who is doing the conversion therapy here?
4. You can have your parenthood recognised. You just can't have it recognised in your acquired gender. Because um, being a parent is kind of related to reproduction, which um, is related to biological sex, and you can't change the meanings of all those words too and the
genealogical function of birth certificates and the facts of a child's biological parentage in order to validate you gender identity sorry.

How much of the world do you need to upend actually? Because its feeling like ALL OF IT.
5. There is a conscience clause, in the GRA, so that priests who don't share your religion can opt out of performing services. You can get married in a church, you just can't demand a particular person performs the ceremony.

And Press for Change welcomed this clause at the time,
apparently because they believe in freedom of belief - as long as the people exercising that freedom of belief are women, in which case of course, you need to burn them at the nearest available stake.
6. This is not a rights issue, it's a resource issue. You have free healthcare in principle like the rest of us. Given that the NHS is fucked, in practice, like most other people, for a lot of different things, you need to wait. As with most other people, this is a problem.
Campaign for better healthcare. If you stop brainwashing kids and trying to bulldoze women's rights, a lot of us would support you.
