As I sit on hold for twelve minutes and counting I thought I'd give you all an update on my complaint to @CooperativeBank for randomly blocking my debit card on three separate occasions in a single 24 hour period. https://twitter.com/EmmaDixon_EU/status/1298540262071963650

That complaint resulted in the co-op taking no action whatsoever.

Other than sending me three identical computer-generated letters informing me that my complaint had been resolved.

Those letters are currently in the bin but I'll try to fish one out later and add it to this thread.

So in summary zero out of ten to @CooperativeBank once again and I'm now trying to summon the energy to go to @financialombuds ... Big sigh.
