Barely reported yesterday was Therese Coffey, MP and Secretary of State for Work and Pensions saying

'It is not my job to worry about people starving to death in the UK.'

The head of the welfare system. The one who doles out £500m contracts to deny access to welfare.
And what makes my blood boil is a lot of these people who are now on benefits, and say £147 a fortnight is not enough to make ends meet, are the same people who said welfare was too generous and benefits claimants were rolling in free money. How odd it's suddenly not enough.
