Contract should incl:
-protections equal to those in labor law
-right to terminate/change work w/out consent of employer + w/out losing legal residency
-right to join/form unions
-right to national minimal wage;
-right to retain ID
-right to move + communicate freely

-include MDW in labor law
-strengthen Ministry’s complaints mechanism
-outlaw detention of MDWs for lack of legal residency
-regularize status of undocumented workers
-amend recruitment
-train security forces/judiciary to investigate abuses (3/3)
