Teachers day nowadays has become a new innovation in society. There is a new norm in our society that students gift something to their teachers on the eve of teachers day which isn't necessary at all.

I am not here to criticize teachers and how could I?
I am writing this thread because of my teachers. Without them I wouldn't be able to write a single sentence.
Since we all know we have been locked up from more than a year.

There are lot of people who are suffering for the bread.
Yesterday I saw many children crying in my neighborhood and when asked for the reason I was shocked to hear those little kid demanding for expensive things which there parents can't afford at this time.

Then I contacted some teachers in my vicinity and they were like we have already warned them not to bring anything for us but unfortunately It has become a norm from previous years so what can we do?

I asked whether they avoided gifts last year to which they replied, they had brought gifts with them so what was the fun of avoiding them which in my opinion is completely wrong reply.
If they had avoided it earlier no child would have demanded for the same.
