Despite the absolute rollercoaster that we’ve been on since Kyle Rittenhouse cowardly murdered two people, we’re still winning, IMO. The pigs have officially “entered the ring” and that was the worst thing they could do, strategically, and it speaks to their willful ignorance.

The facade that pigs are above the law is dividing our country more than ever, but it’s also completely crumbling and they & their fans are *freaking out* about living in a world that doesn’t automatically grant them the benefit of the doubt.

Remember, they could’ve taken the high road. They could’ve said “Yes, the system is broken”, put their badges down, and worked with us to redesign the whole thing. The supposed “good apples” could’ve benefited from this new world, but they chose the badge — “blue lives”

They chose to honor and uphold their history rooted in racism and brutality. Thus, ACAB.

It’s been a long couple weeks, but please try to keep pushing. Things will get worse before they get better, we *always* knew that. This is the START of the worse.

Remember: we’re fighting SYSTEMIC racism. There is no BIG BOSS to defeat to mark the end of this. Neither side can rush this to a conclusion with violence. If Thanos snapped and every cop disappeared, the system would still brutalize and murder Black people disproportionately.

Cops are just a tool of oppression that we have to dismantle. They are not the end all, be all. Let’s ABSOLUTELY keep fighting against their bullshit every night but I don’t want anyone feeling disheartened because it’s escalating at a much faster pace than the first ~90 days.

We could be in the trenches of the worst for the next 100 years, but Black or white, we’re not really doing this for ourselves anyway!

This has ALWAYS been and will ALWAYS be about protecting Black Life and making a better world for the next generation of Black Lives.

There is a shit ton you can do as an individual to make the world better for Black lives on a small scale and you should do that but dismantling a system that is essentially the backbone of our fucked up country’s culture was never going to be easy or happen without chaos.
