If you preach repentance without the law (Torah) what are they repenting of?

What faith justifies? (Gal 2:16) a faith that produces deeds worthy of repentance, laid out by Torah.

The point of all this is simple.
The gate is narrow, read and believe every word of scriptures. Weep to Yahweh in true heartfelt repentance and ceasing to change and he will give you grace to change and obey.
It's up to you. Will you bend a knee to Yah and His eternal law?
