To fight fascism, we have to engage in sustained protest.

To engage in sustained protest, we have to make our protest sustainable.

To make our protest sustainable, we have to sustain our capacity.

To sustain our capacity, we have to practice conscious care.
We need to practice care for each other.

We need to practice care for accountability.

We need to practice care for our safety.

We need to practice care for our selves.
Without conscious care practice, there is no capacity.

Without capacity, there is no movement.

Without movement, there is no protest.

Without protest, fascism is inevitable.
Conscious care practice is antifascist.

Without that practice, we will fail.

Accountability, mutual aid, and self-care are vital practices for liberatory movement.

Care keeps us alive to fight another day.
Right now, burnout regularly downs far more of our comrades than cops or fascists do.

We can't afford those losses right now.

Fight burnout with the same vehemence you fight the fash.

Care practice is radical, liberatory, and extremely necessary antifascist work.
