A White woman colleague who I hadn’t heard from in some time contacted me *urgently* abt a project abt minoritized trainees that I co-led *several yrs ago*. She was *now* interested in our data.

Was reminded of how #Urgency is a cardinal characteristic of #WhiteSupremacyCulture.
And how harmful/violent White Urgency can be to those on the receiving end.

I felt frustrated and hurt that the data weren’t considered to have any importance until now and I was being suddenly contacted in the middle of a pandemic for these data.
