Lol gotta love buying $60 worth of stuff only for it to be lost in transit. How does that even happen?

Also you’d think Victoria’s Secret would have better, more upbeat hold music, but it just sounds like someone recorded classical music on their flip phone instead of buying the actual ringtone.
