Trump’s agents executed the Portland suspect as he was trying to flee, and don’t allege he fired at them. Do you realize how terrifying it is to have activists accused of crimes be just openly killed? Do you understand how this may escalate massively during a second term?

The suspect said that in the initial incident he shot in self defense while being attacked. If so, he did not necessarily even commit any crime. Yet the administration now doesn’t have to prove he did anything in a court of law, because they went and shot him.

If you are an activist of any kind, a second Trump term threatens your life and your friends’ lives. Trump thinks anarchists are an existential threat and that the whole left are anarchists. This is an easy justification for the mass prosecution or even killing of activists.

I am sorry to end this by telling people that they need to get Joe Biden into office, but please please do not assume things cannot get worse. They can get so much worse. We have to use the limited tool of the election to get this man out of office. The alternative is terrifying.
