"The Torn Leaf Experiment", also known as the "Phantom Leaf Effect" is where you take an electrical photograph of a severed leaf, and you will see the entire leaf, which confirms clear as night and day that we indeed have a "light body" — a pre-material template.
It only works within minutes of cutting, and the leaf must have lots of life. So it's very easy to fail with a replication if you want.

Wikipedia has some fed BS about this being debunked

More than enough positive replications to know that it's real.

For 100+ years we have been able to take electrical photographs, most commonly called GDV (Gas Discharge Visualization) or Kirlian Photography, after the inventor of the current technique: Semyon Davidovic Kirlian. Tesla pioneered the area before him.
This photo is absolutely stunning. From the DOI source above. What do we say about those brimming with life and joy? We say that their eyes are sparkling: and we're not wrong.
Now: Consider what this implies about amputees feeling phantom limbs..

When you're at the gym, are you training your physical body or your light body?

I always imagine kids having light bodies slightly larger than their physical ones, and that's why they grow into them.
Pyramids.
Crystals.
