ISICHITHO | Between a Rock and a Hard Place

Been a slow week because of family and work commitments but as promised, a smallanyana thread

ISICHITHO comes from the word UKUCHITHA which in the context of today's topic would mean 1. To Disperse 2. To Re-Arrange 3. To Spill 4. To Divert 5. To Put a Stop (to something good).

Regardless of social standing and beliefs, many have had to go through either seeing someone, distant or close, oneSichitho or be the ones abaneSichitho. Isichitho starts from the heart of man - a brewing storm waiting to unleash its fury on another person or an entire lineage.

Isichitho ranges from imithi used to "enslave" people, to self-inflicted izichitho, to izichitho caused by refusing to acknowledge & follow your calling (PS: Calling does not necessarily mean Ubungoma, Ubufundisi, Ubunyanga, Ubuthandazi - so please disconnect from these FOR NOW).

1. Isichitho Esisegazini | Generational Curses

Isichitho esisegazini usually comes from historic fights, jealousy, envy, disagreements, theft, death caused by those who came before you or are part of your lineage. Usually a curse has been pronounced or imithi were used to block.

2. Isichitho Sothuvi |

This is a gross category to dive in as the use of faeces is prevalent. There's many ways that people cast this type of Isichitho which I don't think it would be wise to write the "how-do-they-do-it" of this Isichitho on the timeline. Sivimba Ingozi.

When you dream of poop (you have on your hands or clothes, where you're sitting you're surrounded by , you are sitting on a filthy toilet or you are in close proximity to a filthy toilet, the walls of where you are are smeared with , etc) Isichitho Sothuvi leso.

Dreaming of poop does not necessarily mean you are being warned by Abantu Abadala - as per a tweet I posted last week - Most often having this type of dream is the exact moment that "the enemy" is planting Isichitho Sothuvi.

This one speaks to the relationships you keep. You may start dating someone and your life turns upside down not knowing that the person you're dating or even married to UneSichitho. The moment you leave that person kuvele kukhanye konke.

5. Isichitho Sabantu Abadala

Many that are called to serve in various Spiritual offices of healing go through this type of Isichitho when they are in denial or refusing to take up their office. They lose all their good things - relationships, work, genuine friendships, money.

But this doesn't just address Abelaphi, it also addresses people who are given ideas to better their lives & that of their entire lineage, people who refuse to listen. Ideas are not loyal, those ideas get "snatched" by people with less resources than you & it changes their lives.

It speaks to people who are warned not to take a certain route in their lives, it could be studies, career, or relationship, but then bangalaleli abantwana bedlozi. It also speaks to people desperate for marriage and refuse to listen to Abantu Abadala ending up in entanglements.
