Another thread regarding @vvvbbbvn explaining the many problems I've encountered with her while dealing with her for the past 8 months
First time I bought from her, she forgot to send out Baekhyun's hologram standee. She said she would give me a refund. But if you are a frequent buyer from korean sellers, you will know that we have to pay a service fee. when we deposit the money. I also tried to explain this.
I don't want to waste money over nothing plus I really wanted the Baekhyun standee so I asked her to send it again. TLDR she made a mistake by not sending it but offered to give a refund. But it that was all, I wouldn't be this angry.
This was just the first mistake. Strike 1. In the end, I never received the Baekhyun standee and I will share why below
The 2nd time after I bought all the items from her, I was trying to tell her where to send everything. I bought stuff like hand sanitizers and perfume which could only be shipped by sea.
Since it would take very long to ship by sea, I asked her to send all other items to my korean address first so that me and my friends could receive our items quicker. I think I was very clear in my message.
But then when she sent me the tracking number for the shippikg by sea she said this. Meaning that when she shipped out the perfume she would also send out a Baekhyun toy as a service. I didn't read her message carefully at that time and thought she
was saying she sent out a Baekhyun toy along with the perfume when she shipped the parcel out to me.

It was only a couple weeks later when I was trying to consolidate my shipments and going through our chats that I realised that I could have misunderstood her.
So I asked her to check what she meant. We had a misunderstanding but I showed her the screenshot which clearly listed out what I wanted to be shipped where. Strike 2. Nevertheless, she admitted her mistake and offered to cover shipping fees for the perfume.
When she was trying to ship out the perfume, we encountered another problem. As most of you know, there's a lot of strict regulations about shipping perfume internationally and I paid a lot of money for the perfume.
I didn't want to get stuck at customs etc. She said she would declare the package as body skin. Yeah, obviously I didn't understand what she said hence my response. I asked her for clarification on what she's saying and suddenly she freaking snapped at me? Wtf???
She couldn't be bothered to explain to me what was happened and risked getting such an expensive item stuck at customs. Wth man. You're just gonna treat me like an idiot?
Since you were so impatient and 不耐烦, I also wouldn't want to risk it so I asked for a refund. Which she said no to. Well, ofcourse since she gains SO DAMN MUCH COMISSION FROM IT. She goes on to say she freaking frustrated with me. What the shit? Who is frustrated with who?
Since my money is stuck with her 😒 I got no choice but to give in to her right, so I asked her to explain it IN KOREAN. She finally calms tf down and we sort it out eventually.
On the same day, I receive the parcel that she sent earlier to my Korean address but surprise surprise, the Baekhyun standee is not there. Everything else was there except the standee. She says she definitely packed it in but well, it is definitely NOT in my package
So since the Baekhyun standee is now officially gone, I finally accept the refund from her and gave her my korean bank account to refund the money to. BUTTTTT she offers to help me buy Baekhyun's solo goods without comission to make up for her mistake. So ofcourse I accepted.
And now it brings us full circle to today's conversation about whether she had sent the Baekhyun cashbees.

To end this thread with my final comments,
1. She is NOT a scammer and she did help me get a lot of things and where she made mistakes, she offered to make up for her mistakes. But I feel that, her mistakes are far too many and too often.
2. Her ATTITUDE IS SO RUDE. As a seller, you have a responsibility to your buyer. Regardless if it is your first job or your side job. It is basic respect to be polite and to update your buyers. But in our conversations, you can see many times where she has expressed
her unwarranted frustration and her impatience. Ending off with outrightly calling me a liar in our last conversation, even though it was once again her mistake.
It is up to you whether you want to continue to buy from her. Like I said, you will eventually receive your goods (usually). But from my experience with her, I highly wouldn't recommend it.
