I had changed my career.

I was making more money than my parents.

I was still unhappy.

My stress level was a 15 out of 10.

I realized I was playing the blame game.

Everything wrong in life was someone else's fault.
I hate my job.
My boss is horrible.

I don't have enough money?
The government takes too many taxes.

Kids spilled their drink?
They are so careless.
I decided I would start taking accountability

No matter what happened around me.

I hate my job.
I chose it.

Don't have enough money?
I spent it.

Kids spilled their drink?
I gave it to them.
Blaming others puts them in control.

Lack of control was driving my insane.

Taking accountability

Gave me control of my life.

I fully adopted this mindset.
My answers to the statements changed again.

I hate my job.
I chose it and I can change it.

Don't have enough money?
I will save more.

Kids spilled their drink?
Next time I will put a lid on it.

Now I not only am at fault.

I have a way to change it.
My stress level dropped.

My constant anxiety went away.

I discovered.

It's difficult to stay angry with yourself for very long.
You can do this too.

When you become angry.

Find things you can change.

Your stress level drops quickly.
When you're to blame

You stop worrying and start fixing.

Give it a try, you will find the same outcome.
