Non-scientific & anecdotal; I have a home in NC-8 (+8R), my youngest children go to one of the highest DOD-population public school district in the nation (60 odd % DOD affiliated) so I know more than a few vets.

This is not changing many votes, let alone swinging the district https://twitter.com/ECaliberSeven/status/1301907337406566400
Military/veterans follow news like everyone else, some more than others. This isn't new stuff, just more detail on known stories. Unless Kelly comes out & says otherwise, the worst allegation will fall under priors you make of the president, and there are bigger issues going.
Being disrespected/lipserviced/not appreciated is, sadly, more rule than exception for troops/vets. They aren't changing their entire worldview over breaking news story. They, like you, have 73 years of book on Trump now, 4 of them as president. They know the man if they care too
Don't make mistake of thinking Military/Veterans are single issue voters, or a monolith, or worse like some talking heads are doing today-that they have no agency at all and/or clueless about world around them unless their betters explain it to them. That's just as disrespectful.
