미친 놈 (Ex) UNVEIL TRACK — a theory thread
as i watch the unveil track for the fifth time right now, i started to formulate that the music video shows the stages of grief and moving on from something/someone
the music video started from them being bubbly and happy... them being free-spirited and enjoying their lives as they jump smilingly at the beginning of the unveil track
but then an unfortunate event occurred... the train broke away from its path, the tracks were discontinued, that special someone is gone and now they’re stuck on the middle (i feel like they represent the ghosts in the mvs because there’s 8 of them if you count)
the lyrics implies that the unfortunate event was so sudden and out of the blue that they were not ready and they have lots of regrets... https://twitter.com/cheekieskz/status/1301900978543706113
now, the ties and bonds of that someone/something is gone and their past memories keeps haunting their everyday lives... every bits that surrounds them reminds them of them and they can’t move on
they keep thinking, reminiscing of their past memories together... regretting they didn’t spend more time together
even going to the point of holding onto something that deeply reminds them of them so they could be comforted now that they’re gone
but then days passed by and just like a flower that blooms after a heavy drought, it took time for them to heal and to start coming around and be okay
and by that time, they‘re now happy once again after trials and struggles of moving on from their past, most especially with the help of other people... they know they aren’t alone
and as they always say, every rainstorm comes a rainbow that gives you hope and brightens your day... giving you the thought that tomorrow will always be a better day than yesterday
someone pointed out about the kite and this scene may symbolize innocence and freedom from their haunting memories of that someone/something... https://twitter.com/inniestagram/status/1301908607630360579
— this is just my theory and i cannot wait for the repackage album because this might potentially be my fave song
