here's a crazy idea--what if we just stopped policing what other fans say on their own twitter feeds and devoted our energy to supporting our respective idols?

idk who needs to hear this but your tlist does not have to only post content you wanna see. if it bothers you to the point of subtweeting about it, it's time to unfollow. this is YOUR problem, not theirs. everyone is free to post what they want on their own twitter feed.

this isn't real life where you're forced to put up with someone due to social obligation. you have the power to unfollow (and mute if you keep seeing them retweeted). it is unreasonable to shift the blame onto someone else when it's your choice to continue following them.

i personally do not feel good when my mutuals complain about seeing the specific things i tweet about even if they aren't talking about me. i don't know that anybody likes that. pls think about your mutuals before dictating what you see on your tlist. or just softblock me.

and yes i do know that by making this thread i am contradicting myself, being a hypocrite or whatever, i need to practice what i preach too. i will work on that.
