it's time for

MORE SHE HULK. specifically the 2005 run that's a DIRECT sequel to the 2004 run i read last month. so there are some hanging plot points that will hopefully be resolved here like

-she hulk works at a firm for superhero law
-her boss has a villain daughter

-there's an evil robot head who her boss's daughter ran away with
-she hulk got a HUGE power boost
-awesome andy nearly fuckin died but is presumably going to be fixed

seriously though awesome andy was like my favorite side character and i was heartbroken when his head got blown off.

ANYWAY opening with a symbolic passing of the torch. the 2004 run opened with jennifer being irritated by chumbawamba's tubthumping in her youth before embracing it as she-hulk

now she's experienced character growth. it's time for queen's don't stop me now

and as part of that growth she also became stronger in her normal self and a better fighter in her base form so she's able to stop a mugging without transforming hooray

and now she's gonna sue cap and spider-woman for not helping

during the final battle in the previous run he literally got his head blown off by titania. she-hulk's boss stopped mr. fantastic mid-fight and demanded he fix andy or he'd sue him for everything he had and i guess reed richards gave in lmao

lmfao jennifer's first case now that her place of emplyoment has been rebuilt: defending a man who murdered another man in front of witnesses on camera in broad daylight

his defense: he's a time traveler. it was self defense. the man he killed would have eventually killed him

comic books are basically legal documents. they count as evidence in court proceedings because they're based off true events

so now they need to find all instances of time travel up until now to build a case

jennifer's old boss mr. holliway is away! he's off trying to find his daughter the VILLAIN SOUTHPAW. so she's not a new boss hanging around MR. ZIX
