It's a trap because the focus then becomes abstract concepts like the rule of law... and it distracts us from the real issue: the inhumane actions of the govt in carrying out these deportations. My view is that we shouldn't react at the slur against lawyers...

...and should just focus on the issue of the deportations. Highlight the suffering of those being deported, not the slurs against lawyers This is not to say that the attacks on lawyers aren't worrying - the groundwork is being laid for a full assault....

She's used the term again today, because she likes the fact that lawyers were baited when she first used it.
