Finished reading @nickhayesillus1 #BookofTrespass last night. Such a fascinating read and so many thoughts to think through. Especially valued the Toad chapter on the complexity of all things.
I’ve been thinking a bundle (off-and-on for a couple of years) about theologies of place and locality and how they might be a part of Christian engagement in both environmentalism and challenging nationalism, and thinking how to explore this...
Like, I’m white and rural, and this kind of conversation and practice and theological development needs way more voices than that to be any good at all - and also to be able to speak to life beyond Christian discipleship and life
